Our 4 Month Program is our most comprehensive program and is based on gettting your son game ready for March school tryouts.  It is our most discounted program (up to 20%)and is an individualized 16-Week based program.  This program is broken up into four 4 week cycles: Mechanical, Arm Strength, Command, and Pitching.  Within each of the four cycles there are 4 weekly cycles: Intro, Basic, Advance, and Specialized.  Then each of those 4 cycle are broken up into the different lessons dependent upon how many times a week the program is and each individuals skill level.  Each weekly cycle contains a different goal and objective that includes mechanics, drills, pitching, arm strength, strength, conditioning, flexibility, and workbook lectures that works to acheive the overall months goal and objective.  By the time the athlete finishes this program, they will be game ready for the school season to start. 

Here is how it is broken down and the goal of each:

Mechanical (video analysis, postural stability, integrated flexibility, body/mechanical awareness, mechanic drills):

Arm Strength (improve arm strength, create velocity, improve arm health):

Command (develop off-speed, consistency, increase command, pitchability):

Pitching (working counts, approaching hitters, pitch selection, pre-game routines, game ready):

The 4 month program is recommended at least twice week with once and three times a week options as well.  Programs are offered at a discount to normal session rates.  You are buying the set amount of lessons and do not necessarily have to complete the program in 4 month.  It is recommended to stay on the program outline, but we understand conflicts come up and you wont be penalized for this.  Also, sessions will be refunded based on a $50 hourly rate if needed.  We offer a no questions asked refund policy.

1x Week (16 Lessons): $180/month  
2x Week (32 Lessons): $340/month 
3x Week (48 Lessons): $480/month

Rates for 2 Athletes:

1x Week (16 Lessons): $288/month
2x Week (32 Lessons): $544/month
