Most hitters never reach their full potential. Great hitting takes two very critical and essential things: diligent practice and suberb instruction. If you want to help your ball-player achieve the next level of success, then they have to learn how to practice, prepare and hit like a pro.
Hitting instruction is designed to cover the following:
Fundamentals: From chosing the right bat, to building a solid foundation, the grip, the stance, vision, balance, the hitting position, and the swing plane.
Hitting Drills: One arms, front side, no-stride swings (weight shift), separation, temp toss, slots,
reg. toss, knee swings and more.
Bat Speed Development: Ball drops, behind toss, the wrist roll, coiling & un-coiling, the top & bottom hand and more.
Conditioning: Advice on fitness, strength trainings, and developing mental toughness.
Hitting lessons are provided by Kyle Larsen. Kyle has built a career on success and established himself as one of the top offensive players in history at the University of Washington and a minor league All-Star with the New York Yankees.
